The certificate confirming completion remains valid for 5 years. Without a current certificate an employee may not access classified information — regardless of any personnel security clearance they hold.

Certificates expire after 5 years. If part of your team is approaching that date, it is worth scheduling training in advance — an expired certificate means the employee must be removed from any duties requiring access to classified information.
Basic training usually fits within a single working day, with the exact duration depending on the number of participants and the classification levels the team works with. Training for security units is more extensive and may run over two days.
Yes, provided it is delivered live and allows participants' identity and attendance to be confirmed. For training that covers the practical handling of documents and protected areas, however, we recommend the classroom format.
Training is delivered by the security officer of the organisational unit, or by a person authorised by them who holds the appropriate preparation and personnel security clearance. We deliver training both independently and in cooperation with the security officer already working within the client's organisation.
Yes. We work with large groups and with individual employees alike — for example someone taking up a new post, or a new member of the security unit. In such cases online training is often the most convenient option.
Yes. We deliver sessions in English for international teams and foreign staff working in Poland. Note that certificates and official documentation are issued in Polish, as required by law.
