Who we work with

When you need support with classified information

  • You are bidding for a contract with the Polish Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of the Interior, Police or other state entities, and a facility security clearance is a condition of participation.
  • You are performing a classified contract and must produce an Industrial Security Instruction and implement the required protection measures.
  • Your staff need personnel security clearances and the training required for access to classified information.
  • You process classified information in an IT system that requires ABW or SKW security accreditation.
  • You have no security officer, or your existing security unit needs specialist support and help completing documentation.
  • You are preparing for an inspection by ABW or SKW and want to confirm your protection system complies with current regulations.
How we work

A clear process — from analysis to a working system

  1. Analysis of your situation and needs

We establish what classified information your organisation processes, which classification levels apply and which formal requirements must be met. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.

  2. Audit of the current state and gap analysis

We review documentation, procedures, physical security and IT systems. You receive a report listing every shortcoming, with priorities for action.

  3. Documentation and implementation

We prepare the classified information protection plan, instructions, procedures and system security documentation. We implement protected zones and physical security measures.

  4. Proceedings before ABW or SKW

We guide your organisation through the facility security clearance or IT system accreditation procedure — including correspondence and on-site inspection.

  5. Training and ongoing supervision

We train your staff, conduct vetting procedures and provide continuous oversight of how the protection system operates within the organisation.

Experience

20 years working with sensitive information

We specialise in classified information protection, business security and internal audit. We understand both the formal requirements set by the security services and the organisational reality of companies that must meet them — without paralysing day-to-day operations.

We combine legal, organisational and technical expertise. We do not leave clients with documentation alone: we implement the solutions, train the team and support you in dealings with the authorities.

References are available on request once an NDA has been signed, given the confidential nature of the work we do.

Frequently asked questions

Classified information protection explained

Does every company need a security officer?

The obligation to appoint a security officer for classified information applies to organisational units that process classified information. In practice it arises most often when a contractor applies for a facility security clearance, or performs a contract requiring access to such information.

How long does it take to obtain a facility security clearance?

It depends on the level of clearance, how complete the documentation is and the current workload of the authorities. Industrial security proceedings conducted by ABW or SKW usually take several months. A well-prepared application and orderly documentation shorten the process considerably and reduce the number of requests for clarification.

How long is classified information training valid?

A certificate confirming completion of classified information training remains valid for 5 years. After that period the training must be repeated for the employee to retain access to classified information.

Can you take over the security officer function in our company?

Yes. We work with organisations both by fully assuming the duties of the security unit and by supporting an existing security officer. The scope is agreed individually, depending on the volume of information processed and the requirements of the specific contract.

Do you work remotely, or is on-site presence required?

Part of the work — preparing documentation, consultations, drafting procedures — is done remotely. Physical security audits, designing protected zones, commissioning a registry office and classroom training require a visit to your premises. We operate throughout Poland.

Do you work with foreign contractors?

Yes. We support foreign companies that need to meet Polish classified information requirements — typically when entering the Polish defence market or performing a contract for a Polish contracting authority. We conduct consultations in English; official documentation must be prepared in Polish.
